A recurring clean is a repeat visit to a lived-in home, usually weekly, every two weeks, or monthly. Most requests cover kitchens, bathrooms, dusting, floors, and a general tidy of the rooms you actually use. The exact list is the crew's call: it reads your notes, may ask a few questions, and then confirms scope, price, and schedule with you directly.
How often should a home in Winter Garden, Horizon West or Clermont be cleaned?
There is no single right answer. Busy households with children or pets often ask for weekly or every-two-weeks visits, while smaller or quieter homes may prefer monthly. Central Florida humidity, summer storms, and pollen can mean more dust on surfaces and damp-prone spots in bathrooms, so mention any trouble areas. If you are unsure, say so in the request and let the crew suggest a rhythm that fits the home.
What should I put in my request?
- Home type and rough size, such as bedrooms and bathrooms.
- How often you want a clean, and the days that suit you.
- Pets, allergies, or product preferences.
- Gate, HOA, or parking notes, which are common in Horizon West and newer Winter Garden communities.
- Rooms to skip, or anything the crew should not touch.
You only need a city or ZIP. This site never asks for a street address; access is arranged between you and the crew once you decide to go ahead.
Recurring, deep or move-in/out: which do I need?
Choose recurring if the home is lived in and you want it kept up. Choose a deep clean for a first visit after a long gap, or when built-up grime needs extra time. Choose move-in/out when the home is empty between owners or tenants. Snowbird open/close and Airbnb turnovers have their own request types, so the crew sees the right job from the start. What happens after I send a request?
Your request is passed to a local cleaning crew that works in your area. The crew contacts you, confirms what it will clean and what it will cost, and agrees a schedule. Orlando West Cleaning is a matching service only. We do not clean the house, set prices, or employ cleaners.
